Guidelines and warnings
Thanks to their high insulating efficiency, STIFERITE RP panels enable the required thermal resistance to be achieved with significantly thinner thicknesses than those needed when using alternative materials.
The installation can therefore be carried out with minimal reduction in usable space. The STIFERITE RP panel solution is suitable for applications where an integrated vapour barrier and/or a Euroclass fire rating of B-s1,d0 is required.
Installation on a metal framework is required for the construction of insulated false ceilings and can also be used for false walls, both to correct any unevenness in the surfaces and to facilitate the installation of services.
STIFERITE RP panels with water-repellent plasterboard sheets and other types are available on request.
