Technical Specifications
- Mounting of the support metal studs in galvanized steel (a must in case of uneven surfaces)
- Positioning STIFERITE RP 1 panel pre-bonded with plaster board and fixed using self-threading drywall screws. (alternative: STIFERITE RP 3)
- Taping of the plaster boards’ joints, reinforcement of the corners with corner beads and taping of the corners.
- Mudding of the plaster boards’ joints, corners and drywall screws, followed by the finishing process of the plaster board joints and corners.
Ideal for offices and/or homes of limited use, where it is convenient to quickly heat the internal zones without heating the entire structure.
In the case of high humidity zones, the “green board” version of plaster board is also available.
The tables indicate the suggested thickness of Stiferite’s panels based on

- Current legislative set limits of thermal transmittance
- And the following composition of the structure:
