Our company has been operating in the heat insulation sector since 1963, the year when the first machine in Europe for the continuous lamination of polyurethane foam was installed at Pomezia (Rome).
Today the company is a leader in Italy for the production of heat insulation.
The product was called Stiferite from the name of the company that was working then in Rome, Stifer.
Production was transferred to Padua where today the plants turn out, each year, more than 6 million square metres of panels for the building industry.
The success of this product is also demonstrated by the fact that the Stiferite name has become synonymous with polyurethane foam panels.
However, we must thank all the designers, customers and users who have followed our work with enthusiasm, trust and constructive criticism.
This criticism, in particular, has spurred us towards the continuous improvement of our products, in the conviction that the success of a brand is closely linked with innovation and with the ability to satisfy the technical requirements of the market and of our customers.
While in 1963 we were pioneers in the production of polyurethane foam panels, in 2000 we installed a new lamination line that is able to produce the new Stiferite panels with a foam that has exceptional physical and mechanical characteristics, known as Polyiso foam.
Our research continues into the near future.
