Indications
Polyurethane foams are particularly suitable to withstand the high temperatures (+90/100 ºC) that build up on the protection element due to the action of the sun.
The waterproof but breathing coating prevents any infiltrations even when the roof is damaged.
The wood battens incorporated in the foam prevent the formation of heat bridges.
Specification wording
Positioning the joggle edge.
Laying Isoventilato panels with the battens parallel to the gutter line.
Fixing the panels with ordinary expansion fixtures directly onto the incorporated batten or with polyurethane glue.
Sealing the joins between the panels with a waterproof self-adhesive strip of butyl aluminium.
Applying wood battens, fixing them with nails or self-tapping screws directly onto the battens of Isoventilato.
Fixing and laying bent tiles or flat tiles.
