Indications
Polyurethane foams are particularly suitable
to withstand the high temperatures (+90/100 ºC) that build up on the protection element due to the action of the sun.
The waterproof but breathing coating prevents any infiltrations even when the roof is damaged.
Mechanical fixture does not guarantee the continuity of the vapour barrier.
The wood battens incorporated in the foam prevent the formation of heat bridges.

Preparing the foundation
Laying a bituminous or synthetic vapour barrier
Positioning the joggle edge.
Laying Isoventilato panels with the battens parallel to the
gutter line.
Fixing the panels with self-tapping screws directly onto
the incorporated batten or with polyurethane or bituminous glue.
Sealing the joins between the panels with a waterproof self-adhesive strip of butyl aluminium.
Fixing the sheeting slabs with self-tapping screws directly onto the battens incorporated in the foam.
