Technical Specifications

  • Prepare installation procedure
  • Screen or vapour barrier
  • Lay down STIFERITE’s Class B panel
    (alternative: STIFERITE’s Class SSTIFERITE's GT4
  • Installation of waterproofing mantle made of two bituminous membranes with polyester fibra reinforcement, minimum 4 mm thick
  • Lay down separation layer made of a film of  polyethylene (with tiny holes) 20/100mm thick or a bituminous  carton felt 1200-1500 g/mq.
  • Lay down slab of cement followed by the flooring

Instructions and Guidelines
Roof top terraces increase the amount of living space, but must ensure comfort and safety of the ambient below it.

In order to guarantee a secure waterproofing seal and eventual maintenance to the finished package, it is of great importance to carefully design and  install a perfect package.
