The persoal data provided by the users that have also asked to receive information material (ex. newsletter, documents, answers to these, quotes and any type of telematic contact) is used only to finalize the service requested and communicated to third parties only in case it becomes necessary to complete the request.

    Information systems and the software procedures suggested for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal working exercise, some personal information for which the transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols of Internet. It deals with information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their own nature might be, through processing and associations with information held by third parties, permit to identify the users.  This category of inforamation includes, IP addresses or  the names of the computers’ domain utilized by the users that connect to the website,  the addresses with the notation URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested re source, the time the request was made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in return, the numerical code indicating the state of the reply from the server (successful, error etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and information environment of the user. This information is used only to obtain statistical data unknown to the use of the site, and to control its proper operation and are immediately cancelled afterward. The information might be used for verification of responsibility in case of hypothetical informational crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, this information regarding contacts to the web is not kept beyond seven days.

    No users’ personal information is intentionally acquired from the site, but rather ony information on the browser, the operating system, the resolution of the monitor, the public IP, where and from  (search engines and/or key words).  Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor c.d. persistent cookies of any type, or users tracing systems. The use of c.d. cookies of a session (that are not continuosly stored in the user’s computer and disappear when closing the browser) is closely limited to the transmission of identification of the session (made of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to consent the secure and efficient browsing of the site. The c.d. cookies of sessions used in this site avoid  having to appeal to other technical information potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of browsing from users and will not consent the acquisition of the identification data of the user.

Besides what has already been specified in regards to browsing, the user is free to provide personal data in the application forms to the Chief privacy officer or indicated in contacts with the same office to urge the delivery of informative material or other communications.  Their lack of attribution may be the only impossibility of obtaining what is requested, whether  its only information or whatever other type of service.  For completeness, it needs to be reminded that in some cases (not subject to the managment of this site) the Authority may request news and information under article 157 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003, for the purposes controlling the processing of personal information. In these cases a reply is mandatory and under penalty of administrative sanctions

Modality of the processing

The personal information is processed with automated instruments for the shortest time necessary to reach the purpose for which the information was collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent the loss of the information, illegal or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access (access requiring a password, ciphers, firewall, etc…)

 

Rights of interested parties

The subjects referencing the personal information have the right to obtain, at anytime, the confirmation of existance or not of the information,  to know its contents and origin, verify its accuracy or additions or updates,  otherwise the rectification (art. 7 d.lgs. n. 196/2003). Under the same article one has the right to ask for cancellation, the anonymous transformation, or block the processed information in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons to its processing.
